ELIGIBILITY (READ CAREFULLY)

• Locally-based Jamaican citizen

• 18 years +

​

• Applicant must not currently be in an acting developmental initiative

​

• Applicant must not be practising professionally in the North American film and TV industry

​

• Applicants are not required to be a JAFTA member to apply but all applicants, unless they are already a JAFTA member,  MUST COMPLETE the JAFTA electronic membership application form. Click JAFTA E-form icon to complete. Insert JAMS APPLICANT in the experience section of the completed JAFTA e-form and ensure that your proof of Jamaican citizenship is uploaded in the form.

• Applicants, if shortlisted, must be eligible for and obtain JAFTA membership in order to participate in the developmental sessions and benefits of the initiative.
